A few answers about the webinar, the session, and Account Intelligence.
Who is this webinar for?
Payment processors, banks, lenders, and software platforms that move money over bank rails. It’s especially relevant if your team handles ACH returns, account validation, or the exceptions that follow a failed payment.
What does Account Intelligence actually check?
It validates bank account and routing information in real time and returns an account confidence score, with supporting account information and optional owner-name matching. The score helps inform decisions about account validity and operational-return risk.
Does it predict insufficient funds or guarantee settlement?
No. Account Intelligence is focused on operational account-return risk. Its score is not a live balance check, confirmation that a payment was authorized, or a guarantee that a payment will settle.
Do we need to replace our payment processor?
GrailPay’s risk tools are available through an API integration that can fit into an existing payment workflow. The session is a chance to discuss your stack and confirm what integration would involve.
What should we bring to the session?
Your recent return-code breakdown, roughly how much payment volume you process, and a quick overview of your current validation process. If you can, look at the last 90 days so there’s a useful starting point for the conversation.
What will we leave the conversation with?
A clearer view of your return mix, the operational piece worth investigating, and whether Account Intelligence fits the problem you’re trying to solve. The team will walk through the scope and limitations with you.
